What your care agreement covers.
Your proposal identifies the website and systems covered, hosting eligibility, included work, support hours, recurring fees and agreement term. Domain renewals, mailbox licenses, premium services and unusual usage are identified separately.
New features, migrations, larger repairs and specialist implementation are scoped before work. Response arrangements depend on the agreed service; emergency coverage is not assumed.
An existing website or email environment may need a review and onboarding first. Standalone email care is also available.
Your business accounts and content remain yours. Access, recovery and a practical handoff are set out in the agreement.
