No. You can use an address like you@yourbusiness.com without commissioning a website. We can connect email to a domain you already own or help you arrange one. The quote separates Solure’s setup work from domain registration, renewals and mailbox subscriptions.
We check the old mailbox and agree to the transfer scope, including messages, attachments and any contacts or calendars that need separate handling. We also plan how to handle new messages sent to your old address. A Gmail address stays with Google; keeping it open or forwarding from it is part of the transition plan. Where the provider allows it and you authorize it, we keep the original mailbox available until the agreed checks are complete. Otherwise, we agree to an export or recovery plan before the move.
We plan the timing and explain any expected disruption before making changes. We review your email apps and devices, website and connected tools, such as contact forms or invoicing software. The agreed scope identifies what will be configured and tested, so you know what to expect from the move.
We can check how your email is authenticated, investigate bounces and spam placement, and test corrective changes with real messages. We review recipient responses and sending practices alongside authentication. We explain the findings, what can be changed and how the work will be checked.
We review who controls the domain and email accounts, identify legitimate sending services, and configure checks that help receiving systems recognize your messages and detect impersonation. Sign-in protection, recovery arrangements and monitoring can also be included in the agreed scope. The recommendations depend on your provider, business and existing setup.
You receive an individual quote that separates Solure’s work from email subscriptions, domain renewals and other provider costs. The price depends on the accounts, data and systems involved. Any migration extras, monitoring or ongoing support are identified separately before work begins.
Your business retains control of its domain, email accounts and recovery details. We agree to the access needed before work starts. Migration or troubleshooting may involve access to mailbox contents; we explain that access, how it will be handled and when it will be removed or retained for agreed support.
You receive a practical handoff covering the setup and account ownership. Ongoing monitoring, staff changes and support can be scoped separately, with coverage and costs in writing. You remain free to choose another provider; assistance with an export or a future move is agreed as its own work.
