Frequently asked questions

Will I have to change email providers?

We start by assessing the setup you have. A provider move is considered only where the findings justify it, with its own agreed plan and scope.

Can you investigate a website form or invoicing system on its own?

Yes. A defined investigation can focus on a particular website form, invoicing service, CRM or other application sender. We agree to the system, examples and checks covered before beginning.

Can our existing IT team or provider stay involved?

Yes. We can coordinate with the people who already manage your systems. Written findings identify the recommended changes and checks so your team, provider or Solure can carry out the agreed next steps.

Does an investigation include fixing the problem?

The written scope explains what is included. An investigation provides findings and corrective recommendations; implementation is quoted separately unless specific changes and their verification are explicitly included.

What should I send in the first inquiry?

A short description of what is going wrong, the service involved if known and when it started. We agree to the evidence and access needed after that conversation, including a suitable way to share diagnostic material.

How much will it cost, and how long will it take?

Each investigation receives a written scope and individual quote. We agree to a proposed timeframe after reviewing the concern and access needs. Provider responses and additional evidence can affect the investigation, so any change to the agreed work is discussed with you.
